REFUND POLICY

We accept complaints about quality of products and request for refund within first 14 days from the date of receiving of the package.

We make refunds in next cases:

• Product is broken or spilled during delivery.
• Product is spoiled.
• Package is lost (i.e. order is not delivered within 70 days from the date of the payment).

RETURN POLICY

• Customer may return order within 14 days from the date of receiving of the order if products were not opened and were not in use.
• Customer is responsible to pay for return delivery.
• We charge 30% commission fee for returned products.
• Refund will be made within 14 days after receiving of the returned order.
